MEET THE BOSS (or Gene Roddenberry was right)

This blog is about introducing you to who your bosses are..... you will have to be somewhat of a Star Trek fan to see the guy's who are running our jobs and society now. Gene Roddenberry has it right about the people in control of the world..... meet the FERENGI'S..... they are the closest thing that you can get to corporate America, and our political leaders as you will ever find. On the show they are short, have big heads, and ears ( that’s so they can keep there fingers on the pulse of their workers and followers), they dress like 70's pimps, and they have a bit of all the races of the world in their personality make-up. They run a draconian society, one where women can not make a profit, and they can not go out in public with clothes on ( I knew I liked these guys for some reason). The bible that they live by ….. the Rules of ACQUISITION. They can and are expected to lie, cheat, and steal to make a profit. This is the very thing that drives their very society. They will try their very best to manipulate you into thinking that you are the greatest worker they ever was, by giving you useless trinkets and pats on the back ( instead of the real thing that you work for and deserve..... money). But just lose them “one penny”, and you will quickly find the only interest they really have at heart, is there own best interest..... does any of this sound familiar ….. it should..... It starts at the top with the leader..... THE GRAND NAGUS..... he is the head of the ultimate old boy network that has been in place for thousands of years. Every great society had been brought down by this group of people..... I don't want you to get the idea that they are the only people guilty of being a Ferengi …... because their last rule is..... “deep down WE ARE ALL FERENGI'S”, this is the biggest reason why we find ourselves making low pay and with no benefits ( and we do most of the work).
At the end of this blog I will post some of the RULES OF ACQUISITON,,,,, a lot of them you will recognize from work, a lot from just life, but for now ….. MEET THE NEW BOSS..... SAME AS THE OLD BOSS.....

Ferengi Rules of Acquisition

Once you have their money, you never give it back.
Never spend more for an acquisition than you have to.
Never allow family to stand in the way of opportunity.
Keep your ears open.
Opportunity plus instinct equals profit.
Greed is eternal.
A deal is a deal.
A contract is a contract is a contract ... but only between Ferengi.
A Ferengi without profit is no Ferengi at all.
Never place friendship above profit.
A wise man can hear profit in the wind.
Nothing is more important than your health ... except for your money.
Never make fun of a Ferengi's mother.
It never hurts to suck up to the boss.
War is good for business
Peace is good for business.
Expand or die.
Never trust a man wearing a better suit than your own.
The bigger the smile, the sharper the knife.
Good customers are as rare as latinum. Treasure them.
Free advice is seldom cheap.
The riskier the road, the greater the profit.
Knowledge equals profit.
Home is where the heart is, but the stars are made of latinum.
Every once in a while, declare peace. It confuses the hell out of your enemies.
Females and finances don't mix.
Expand or die.
Every man has his price.
Nature decays, but latinum lasts forever.
Sleep can interfere with...
Dignity and an empty sack is worth the sack.
Treat people in your debt like family ... exploit them.
Never have sex with the boss's sister.
You can't make a deal if you're dead.
Wives serve, brothers inherit.
Whisper your way to success.
A man is only worth the sum of his possessions.
Hear all, trust nothing.
It's always good to know about new customers before they walk in your door.
New customers are like razor-toothed gree-worms. They can be succulent, but sometimes they bite back.
Sometimes the only thing more dangerous than a question is an answer.
Employees are the rungs on the ladder of success. Don't hesitate to step on them.
Never begin a negotiation on an empty stomach.
You can't free a fish from water.
(incomplete, but presumably concerned the relationship between "keeping busy" and "being successful")
Latinum lasts longer than lust.
Never be afraid to mislabel a product.
Never allow doubt to tarnish your lust for latinum.
No good deed ever goes unpunished.
The bigger the smile, the sharper the knife

ARE WE THERE YET?

One of life’s biggest mysteries to me is how people get from one point to another, and they have no idea of how they got there..... with most events, there are all kinds of signs and warnings along the roads we travel..... now here’s the most amazing part, people refuse to see, or either believe the signs they see. The most common example of this theory is the battered wife syndrome..... I don't know how many women or men, who say, I did not know my mate was a wife beater, they never beat me before we were married..... well the first question is, how long did the two of you know each other before you got married?.....if the answer is one year or more, then they don't have much credibility with me..... no one can hide their true self for that long of a period of time. They say..... well he never hit me, he just slapped me every time he got mad at me..... and there were a few times that he choked me out.....but this just happened every three or four week during that time period, he was also quite jealous of me..... even if I just look at some one else..... but I thought it was because he just loved me (funny how people can think that love means that you have to suffer physical pain). Well let me tell you no one wakes up one day (without brain damage) and says well today I'm going to start beating my wife today. Every sign of this person being a wife beater were there all along.....BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE PEOPLE.
Now today, we working people are living the life of a battered wife..... corporate America is beating us.....they are very jealous of us.....and don't want us to have much of anything, because that way we have to stay with them, no matter what they do to us..... we are being paid poorly, we have no benefits, and we have an increasing work load, with things being this way they can say jump..... and we must ask how high? To keep us under control they want us to take their pats on the back, cupcakes, and certificates that say we are just wonderful..... if you want to know how much these people love you, lose one dime for them, and they will quickly let you know how they feel about you. I say if you really love me pay me what I’m worth..... let Me be able to take care of me..... let me partake of some of this great wealth that I help you obtain..... they also did not wake up yesterday and start this …..Obama, Bush or Clinton did not start us down this road ( although they helped ) ..... this has been brewing for 30 years, so all you right wing, religious nuts stop blaming Obama, its your buddy Ronny who put us here.... we now live in Ronnie’s world ….. and if you don't want socialism ( I’ll try a little of that )...... then please let me know how this system we live under now is working out for you..........go back in time and read the signs, then ask yourself.....ARE WE THERE YET?

LOOKING BACK

Last night I was watching one of the original Perry Masons on TV and I had to laugh when I  thought about how the tactics that he used in a court room could not possibly work now, hell they wouldn't have worked then. I got kind of nostalgic and even a little sad... the reason for the these feelings are..I love Mr. Mason. If I were going to call anyone Dad, it would be him This is the man that I watched as a little boy whom I most wanted to be like. He is the man who gave me my thirst for knowledge, he gave me the fire of fairness and compassion. I also learned to take notice of everything that happens around you. This keeps you from having to ask or to be told what is happening around you. This has served me well during my lifetime ( especially in my Army days), this has kept me alive on so many occasions. I thought the world that they portrayed in those old TV shows was real but eventually I grew up and discovered that things were not what they seemed. The situations were not what they seemed nor were they real. The people were not what they seemed either, but the things that I learned from the show were real. The qualities of the things I saw and learned are very real. They are still the very forces that drive me to this very day.
The way these drives have to be used in the real world s different and the out comes of some of the events are certainly different but in the end some of these outcomes can be just as good. So this is just a little info about who I am and a little insight into the way I think and some of the things that drive me. I someday will write a book about some of the various things I have seen and done. In fact much of that book may be written right here... so stick around and enjoy the ride.

Meet the New Boss Same As the Old Boss

In the last month we have scored a few wins for the “progress class”. We didn't just win an election what happened is for the moment we only stopped a way of thinking. By this I mean that we told people we want to stand up to the one percent who seem bent on turning the rest of us into nothing more than wage slaves that we have a different vision of America. We are being run by a group of people who have mastered the art of distraction. They distracts us with the cult of celebrity and sports mania. We care more about Snooki and Peyton than about what is going on in our state and federal houses.
These are the people who will hold the Bible up to you and tell you this is the only way to live happy and free. You just follow these rules and listen to the men with the spiritual meat of the Bible. This is why I say I don't believe what people say but look at the result of what they do.
Most of the services that have been cut have been cut because people want you to think that taxes are your problem. You have lost many of your rights because this makes it easier for government and corporations to control you. You don't get paid a true living wage on the job because if you take a cut you allow business to create more jobs. While those with the least make most of the sacrifices those with the most live like sultans. Corporate profits are higher than they have been in years and you get to do three times the work with little reward except the pat on the back or the occasional cupcake. Despite all this I do feel the “times they are a changing”. We actually took some baby steps toward gaining back some of the inalienable rights we were guaranteed in our Constitution. We are discovering that if we unite we can take back some of what we have lost. We work just as hard for what little we are getting...we deserve more so let's demand we get paid for what we work for. Lets not let the new boss be the same as the old boss. Let's stand together. Let's stop the return of the Robber Baron era. Remember you worked for your rights let's not just give them away; stand up for them.

Love Yourself

This blog is a little life lesson that I learned over the years...Happiness begins with learning to love yourself. This process starts with you knowing who and what you are. I don't mean by the standards of the people around you but by knowing your “real self”, not only the side that we would like to think that we are ( that one that every one else thinks we should be) but the “dark” side... the one that the fires of life will expose to you. We all have a dark side and we have no idea of what we might be capable of until we find ourselves in that particular situation that is especially challenging. Trust yourself ; your judgment is just as good as anyone else in the same situation as your are. Pay more attention to the person in the place you want to be. Trust no one, be skeptical of everything that you hear. Remember that 95% of the people you meet are out for their own agendas (this includes friends and family members) Be able to be comfortable with yourself. Personally I could be locked up by myself for hours or even days and be happy as a clam. Most of all let no one else define who you are and what you should be. You be the judge of that; your hopes and dreams are just as good as the next persons. Follow the parts of the Bible that is God, not the parts that man put in in order to make you submit to their will. Proverbs is a great guide. I do know that if you follow them they work. Following these rules will bring harmony to your life. Last but not least grow a thick skin. People will come at you with every sort of game that can be thought of ...They will say things to hurt you or put you in the same place that they are. Don't be a party to that let people think what they will ...they will think and feel this way anyway so the only thing you can do is keep being you and down the line people will see that and respect you. Remember it really doesn't matter if you like me or not but what does matter is that you may have to learn to live with it because that's the way it is. So hold on to your hopes and dreams and go for what you want. Listen to yourself. All times may not be good but you will have as many good days as bad. So keep on trucking. No ones perfect and this includes you . There will be mistakes and lots of bad judgments but just keep shooting for your goals, surround yourself with people who will help you to get to where you're going and leave behind those who wish to hold you back. So keep heading towards the goal who knows you may end up laughing all the way to the bank

THE SMILE

Now that the sad singing, and we are not yet finished with the flower bringing.....there is a semi smile on my face. This election was more about policies, and not so much about the men running for president. I smiled because what I have always, said about society, that here in America, when you start hitting middle class white America, then you can starting getting things accomplished. And what most of white America sees is, how apartheid works.....against them not for them. We in the black population (use older folks) know a little something about that. When it is done against your own people ( and in the lords name), its called class warfare.....being segregated either by color or money, you come up with the same outcome......we no longer have any access to any of the places or are able to do many of the things that can be done by the “1%”.... we, the 99%” no longer have the ability to buy a new car or a house; or try going to a movie. Once most  of the “99%, did not consider these things as being luxuries, but things most ordinary people could easily afford, and could use this as relaxation.....try to do any of these things now, you would lose a whole days pay to go to go to a movie......you almost have to take out a loan to go to a concert, a football, baseball, or basketball game today.....I have been to a Superbowl, a N.B.A finals game (3) and just about all the big name concerts of that era (and I was not in the nosebleed seats).
What made me smile is the fact we stood together and said we are mad as hell and we aren't going to take it anymore. I think we really are beginning to see who our real enemy is.....companies are making record profits, and we are working twice as hard as we ever worked, an not sharing in any of the profits that the “1%” are enjoying.....what we are getting is low pay, no benefits, and a choice every week of what type of bill we will pay this week and who we will have to avoid until next time. The raises you get in these situations is a pat on the back and cupcakes, or pizza ( doesn't that just make you want to run thru a brick wall for some company).....the most over used and overrated statement that can be made to you is, “well at least you have a job”, yea slaves have jobs too.
This is where the smile on my face comes in.....most people are not being fool any more, they now realize it's not the men.....but the policy and the mindset of the people who put them into play. For those of you who think this is a 4,8,or 12 year deal, you are wrong …..this started 30 years ago under that union breaker RONALD REGAN, a mindset started of the “1%” to take over not only America but the whole world, we now seem to be ready to stand together and say enough, its not about race anymore, but about money....we are finally are standing up to people who grab there bibles and tell us we are all lazy, an want handouts from them (while all the time they are stealing every dime they can get an breaking every biblical law that exists). I smile because we got a start, and it is only a start. Because no politician will save us.....So let just keep on trucking........things can get better.

The Lesson

From the start I've said that I didn't want my blog to be just about politics and how we are turning the world into a prison planet. No I am about everything, I like talking about anything because “ you never know where life will take you” so today’s blog is a little about me.
I don't have any letters after my name but I do receive an ongoing education in the University of Life. It's the best education you can possibly get. In this school, your grades are handed out to you by the consequences of the actions you put into play. Most of the time you don't really see the grades (good or bad) for some 5 – 10 years down the road. What may have seemed a bad or good idea may turn out to be exactly the opposite of the grade you thought you would have. This is why a lot of times, what you thought was your greatest defeat can actually turn out to be your greatest victory and vice-a-verse.

My enrollment in the school of life, went like this.....I was born in the mid 50's in the deep south.....we were poor, but not dirt poor, (I really did have everything I really needed, and got a lot of things I wanted), in fact I had a very unusual childhood ….. I actually liked my childhood, I was a lost child, because I could not yet discern between who really had my best interest at heart. But when I look back on things it was kind of a fun ride. I was always called a strange child..... I guess that was because I had a big appetite for knowledge, I always wanted to learn new things. But being from the deep south and being black.... well, lets just say these were things that black kids weren't supposed to have interest in. Because in those times things were very different than they are now (another blog). But I always seemed to be “that guy”. I was a little fat kid who was desperate to be in the popular group, I was the kid from across the tracks, whom I through everyone looked down on. I also was the top student in the all black high school that I went to..... so I was “that guy” who got to go to the debate competition, spelling bees (of which I lost a lot LOL), and oratorical contest (I still to this day remember my biggest speech, “i have seen black hands”). I was that guy who got to brake to color barrier in my home town. I was also the one of the big time athletes in high school, I had 3 or 4 fairly big time scholarships, I won 2 state wrestling championships. I've been the wallflower at the prom and at parties, I was so afraid of women and people. I have also been “that guy” who has walked into a party or club and every eye was on me and I got the girl, or girls. The school of life got me fully prepared for life, and not just reading about it, or talking about it, but living and learning the hard way. Its been a good ride and there has also been a lot of tears. But that the school of life, and you never where life will take you. And being “that guy”, as my uncle use to say all the time, It got me into some of the most goddamnest situations that one could imagine.
From my college you never graduate, hell, you don't even get to graduate school, and the only way out is feet first, and who knows what really happens and since no one has ever come back to tell us what really happens......then no one really knows.....
So we are all in this school and we don't know what our next assignment is going to be, just keep on trucking.....hang on by you finger nails.....pray that you survive......because when you do, you receive a degree......hang it on you wall....be proud of it, it will make you stronger....

GOING BACK TO THE GAME

You know the more I thought about it, the more I think …you know, I may not have seen the big picture in what happened with the American public in solving the N.F.L referee strike. Because when you really think about it “we the people”, could have found one of the biggest diamonds in the ruff we could have possibly have found......”the beast”, (if you have read any of my other blogs) then you know what entity I think the beast is) pulled out one of his oldest (and best)tricks that has worked so well for him for centuries. He got most people to completely focus on the wrong people and problem, while the real problem went virtually unnoticed....our focus should not have been on the billionaire owners, who were crying that the were losing money, (10 or 15 million dollars), which is just a drop in the bucket when you make 5 billion dollars (and that just the money that TV paid them) Nor should we look to protect the millionaire players, because they “knew the job was dangerous when they took it” They assumed the risk, and they are well compensated for it. They referee's should have gotten the focus of the people, because what the whole thing came down to was a good old fashioned labor dispute. They were just trying to get there fair share of the pie that everyone was getting big piece of.
The diamond that “we the people” may have found, (and I hope that we can see it)...is the fact that we, all of us with some many different opinions could see that this work force was best suited for that type of job...and “we the people”, with all of the divergent backgrounds and mixed feeling about the game and different teams came together and with one voice said enough, pay those people fairly, they earned their pay, pay them. We let them know, “we are mad as hell....and we are not going to take it anymore”. My question now is....why can't we do this for ourselves, As was found out in this dispute if we stand together this can be accomplished....you can take back your rights, and get your fair piece of the wealth. How do I know this can happen....over night the strike was settled fairly and equitably among all parties. You are a partner, with all of these multi-billion dollar companies, don't you want to be fairly compensated for your hard work and sweat?....my God people, you helped build that place. Don't keep taking pats on the back........cupcakes, and pieces of paper that mean nothing.....ask yourself what in this for me...don't be shy about taking care of you.....................................

Lets take our focus off the rich and famous......their problems have nothing to do with what we live thru... they have the resources to weather almost any storm.........CAN YOU?..............Don't be shy.......reply.................

This Just wants my ass want to chew gum

Just sitting her thinking as for the next couple of weeks I'm off so that will give me lots of time to get things together for this site.
I was looking at a lot of sports shows mainly about football and political shows discussing the upcoming elections and I was reminded of an old saying of my mothers that didn't make much sense to me at the time. She would say to me “son that just makes my ass want to chew gum” and I would think to myself “what the heck does that mean?” Well I can now answer that question. It's that feeling that you get when you hear or see something that just does not make any kind of sense, or when people do things that are totally against their best interests. My three choices this weekend are a football play, a football coach and the “greatest basketball player ever”.
The Play... Green Bay kind of got screwed in a game they were playing by a possibly bad call. Now even though I can see why the ump might have made this call what makes my “ass want to chew gum” is not the call itself or the game for that matter but the reaction it got. The fact that one of the most important things in a persons life is a football game. One of the most divisive games in the world in terms of team rivalries and absolutely different ideas and opinions With that one call a huge hue and cry ensued from the people over the disputed call that resulted in the end of a labor dispute that was resolved fairly and equitably for both sides. Yet when it comes to things that effect your very livelihood...precious freedoms being taken away... unemployment and underemployment....people working 2 or three jobs just to make ends meet and being told lie after lie by the politician who claim to have our best interests at heart ...we stand silently by and do nothing. Wow.
The coach...Every time the talking heads on sports radio and TV start talking about the greatest college football coaches you will hear the names Bryant, Paterno, and Rockne. Eddie Robertson and a host of other black coaches are not mentioned. Big mistake. They even have a lot of black commentators making the same kind of comments “Robertson’s records are minor because they were made in minor conferences” Well let's go back to that time shall we? The 40,s 50,s 60,s and 70,s Black colleges were the only places where black players could play. They were no big colleges that would take either black players or black coaches. Robertson never won a national championship because his teams were never allowed to compete. So don't tell me that he would not have won because there was plenty of talent and ambition to win many times over. The NFL was built on this talent. So it really makes my ass want to chew gum when I hear this especially coming from Blacks.
The greatest...This is about Michael Jordan. People he did not invent winning. It just makes my ass want to chew gum when I hear this. He is not the greatest basketball player ever. One of the greatest sure just not the greatest. I sure Masters Russell, Chamberlain, Bird ,Irvin and Johnson would like to talk about that. Having seen these guys play I would have to agree with them. All these guys were great on their own and in their own way and they were just as good as Jordan.
Well that's my rant for today until next time don't be shy reply

Mad Mac 2012

I've been kind of lazy this week. I've been lying around on the coach looking for something to watch on TV. On the History Channel they were talking about “one of the greatest Americans ever”... the documentary was about Ronald Reagan … What a big joke! I still can't believe that the man who has given us so much to be thankful for... you hardly know where to start ….but I will try (LMAO)
First lets look at the time when this thing called “trickle down economics”) was born. It was the late 70's and things in America were a changing. The Deep South was now fully integrated (the races were mixing) the wild demonstrations of the 60's, the end of the war in Vietnam, unions and the middle class were strong. High paying jobs with benefits made the notion of a national health care plan unheard of because if you worked you had health insurance.
The distrust of government after the war and all the conspiracy theories have turned out to be true and were at a fever pitch among many people. White people mistrusted the government because they gave blacks power to fight against Jim Crow laws and move up the ladder into more important positions in society. Blacks had real reason to mistrust both state, local and federal government. More about that in a later blog.
We as a people got lax, everything was moving along so well that everyone could buy a home and just about any one who was working could buy a new car every three or four years. The money was rolling and we all were trying to “keep up with the Jones”. We were a generation that were just having fun and partying...we all feel asleep at the wheel. Because America had gotten away with a couple of trumped up wars (Korea, Vietnam) and people found they could make billions of dollars from your hard work and sacrifice. This is where Reagan comes in.
Now when I say Reagan I go well beyond just him he was just the front man and pitch man for a movement that has turned us into a class society. Like fools we all fell to the siren call of corporate America, religion and right wing talk radio marching our way into a “prison planet”
Reagan brought us the breaking of unions (remember PATCO) and the beginning of the end of the middle class. He brought us drug testing for the worker but not for judges and other high end jobs. He made it cool for us to be greedy, just take a look at the TV and music of that time. It was all about giving away your money and privileges to the wealthy. It's called the “trickle down” theory of economics. The idea being that if you give the wealthy tax cuts they will provide jobs for people and this will allow wealth to “trickle down” to the lower classes. Every credible person of the time warned us not to believe this theory; it will kill the middle class and cause a separation of the people and we will end up living in a Dickensian society. They called it “voodoo economics. We should have listened. They said this would improve our lives that we would all profit from this. They had good reasons for all the policies and laws they passed. Good reasons to give away all of our rights. The New York and Chicago train wrecks brought us drug testing. Missing kids brought us cameras everywhere we go. 911 brought us the Patriot Act which includes the FBI coming into your house and searching it without even telling you they've been there and going to library to see which books you've checked out. Every law in the country, no the world has been slanted to the advantage of the real beast, Big Business.
Reagan and Big Business joined hand in hand with organized religion (the church) to enslave us to not the government but to them and corporate America. We are now really beginning to feel the effects of Reagan’s view of America. No job security, low paying jobs. No benefits or pensions, no health care and ultimately no middle class. You are working longer and harder for less compensation. Yet you have to play the game; hey we all have to eat. We gave away our rights for short term relief. For 30 years I've warned people to be mindful of the ramifications of some of these solutions to problems that we've been offered. Think about the long term effects further down the road. My question is how do you like the great American hero’s dream for America now? This is not about Obama, Clinton or even Bush this stuff goes way back. It is not about country control this is about world domination and it is something we need to do something about before it's too late.
The Bible was right the Beasts best trick is to make man believe he doesn't exist. He does exist and he doesn’t have horns, We must fight back and the first step is knowledge. Well until next time don't be shy Reply

A DAY OFF
(Or I'm Ferris Bueller)

Today I decided to play Mr. Bueller I took the day off. Now will pay for this later but what the hell. Today I'm on the homeless. I ride the bus every day, and I get to hear such interesting talk from a lot of the people who ride the bus. Lately their talk has been about how the homeless has such and easy life just siting around and eating and drinking beer all day. They have no cares no worries, they are just happily living off all of us poor tax payers.. And I smile to myself and think, (easy, these people just don’t know what they are asking for (be careful of what you ask you just may get it).
I just wish I had the power to get them out there so they can find out just how that life is. You start your day out at 5:30 army wake up time (drop you cocks and grab your socks). You are herded off to breakfast and then thrown out into the streets, no matter the weather (rain or shine) with all of the bags you have brought with you, so travel lite. Between 7 and 9 you have to find something to do according to the weather. If it's cold you usually ride the free bus that most city’s now have, that’s just to keep warm. Summer time you have to try and stay cool. An don't stop and close an eye, you will be run off at best, or arrested at worst. So you must keep moving all day until you can go back to the mission and get your sermon and meal. So that means chasing food and clothes all day, cause you have nothing else to do but sit in the library and read (again, don't close your eyes for one second). You go in to the mission to eat, shower , and get your sermon.. That's where the indoctrination takes place. That’s where the American Taliban comes into play. That’s where a lot of these crazy religious ideas come from..(That’s another blog).Does this sound easy yet....then you have to take a shower with some less than clean people, while all the time watching all of your worldly goods. Its a very prison like place. You have to listen because you are under their power. It is a prison without bars.....OK easy life.
The most hilarious thing about these talks is the fact the people talking are less than a paycheck from being just exactly where these people are. They usually are taking advantage of the very same programs the homeless are taking advantage of. Then they talk about all those people out there who are getting all the entitlements, they talk about killing the very programs that are saving them by putting food on their tables or a roof over their head Their
pastor has told them that this is socialism Jesus would not approve of that, but most of the people in the church are the very people Jesus came to save us from. Big Business (who is the beast by they way, yet another blog), are hand in hand in this grab for power.....you would be surprised by some of the stories that you hear.....so don't just dismiss a person just because he may look like a bum, find out what their story may be before you judge.
Now I know you ask how I know things about homeless people?....because I was there, I lived the life. I had the mentality , I walked the walk....I talk the talk. I learned a lot from that experience. There were a lot of highs and there were also a lot of tears. But God used to show up for me big time and he is not the God of church. He saved me and he molded me in the flames of life and I' m a better or a more perceptive person because of it.(again another blog).
So don't think for one moment that lifestyle is easy.....don't be so eager to get out there (but you would learn a lot).......I did so don't be shy ......reply........

Chicken Sh**t Into Chicken Salad

MadMac2012

I have the recipe for making chicken salad out of chicken shit. I'm starting out with a blog that I know a lot of people will not like; but this is what I see. I was awakened from a sound sleep (and a great dream I might add) this morning by some idiot at four in the morning. After  cursing and not answering the door and after 30 minutes of trying to go back to sleep I turned on my TV and was accosted by a plethora of people making chicken salad out of chicken shit. Naturally I was quite interested in how they were going to do this so I eagerly watched.  What I saw were several TV preachers with hundreds of people watching as these people laid out their best recipes. They started with a revised and wildly inaccurate history of the greatness of America. They kept trying to tell me about the righteousness of America and how God himself had come down from heaven to guide America to the promised land and righteous men, chosen men had lead America (Moses like)  from the wilderness to the land of milk and honey. They spoke about how great everything would be again if we would only get back to the way things were; if we  could get back what the Bible told us was the right way to live.
The only problem with this way of thinking is what America are we talking about?  The one  seen on 50's and 60's TV or are we talking about the America that stole the land of the Indians  and Mexicans and the murder of those same Indians. Slavery and segregation (something Americans of my age know a little something about first hand) which the good Southern white Baptist church not only condoned but in fact promoted), I know they were wrong and that as they say was my grandfathers generation who did this not us, I'm a Christian and my father’s sins cannot be put on me. Obviously they are Christians who have never read their Bibles because the Bible clearly states that the sins of the fathers will be visited upon the sons. I know that the Becks, Limbaugh’s and Coulter’s love to say this is revisionist history while they happily divide us up into class warfare. Again as in the past they are letting God be their front line warrior in their fight to enslave the masses (that would be you and me).
So this is my first shot at attempting to warn the masses about this recipe of making chicken salad out of chicken shit. If you decide to eat this crap then you will continue to get what you are getting now. No jobs a continued loss of all your freedoms and being marched into a “prison planet”.
Believe me when I say that this is not just a blog for black people this is a blog for all people because the only color that matters in my  blog is green, gold and silver. These are the colors that matter most in this world unless you are content to live in Dickensian England. If you are content with the way things are keep smiling while you are marched into this society of haves and have not’s. This  a warning from the  Mad Mac blog and we will get into a lot of other things that are now happening not only just here in America but worldwide. Let’s stop eating chicken shit thinking its chicken salad..

Hello, as you can probably tell this little thought came from another time earlier. I  was going over my e-mail and I ran across this an I just love it (it is still relevant). I’m going to tie other blogs an stories into everything that I blog about. What I want most is feedback. Come on people, I can’t possibly be the only angry thinking person out there!?.... don’t be shy…..reply……..Let’s get angry America!

Post Convention Musings

Mad Mac2012

Now that the two parties have had their conventions , now that all the lies have been told and all visions have been seen I have had a vision of my own of America and what I see is not a pretty picture. All of these people are sitting there telling the “working class” how much they love us and how much they want to help us make our lives better. All of them (according to them) can't sleep at night worrying about how the middle class will progress and how much they are going to make our lives better.

Well how about going back to the way things were back in the 60's, 70's and 80's. Things were pretty good back then. Everyone was working, jobs were plentiful, high paying and you even had benefits. Health care was a minor concern because if you had a job you had health insurance. One man could take care of a family of 6. He was buying his own home, he could feed his family well, he could clothe them and could even buy a new car every 4 or 5 years. Everyone was getting a piece of the pie. The rich were still rich, they were making good money. Race relations moved, no not moved jumped light years ahead of where they were previous to that time.

Our grandfathers knew something because they were the ones who put in all the hard work to make things so good for succeeding generations. They were the ones who had to wonder how they were going to take care of their families? They made the hard choices to make things right and endured the hardships necessary to secure their futures. To make things better for themselves and their families they lived a harder life so as not to knuckle under to the people who tried to exploit them. They joined unions and used the power of collective bargaining to obtain safer working conditions and a living wage.

Unfortunately there is another group pf people who got together and decided that they wanted it all. They wanted to rule the world and sadly it appears they are on their way to doing exactly that. Their first mission was to change the thinking of the working class (which was huge by the way). They choose to do this by diverting our attention by starting a campaign to confuse us as to who the real enemy is. Ever wonder why most young people can tell you who Snookie is but not who the Secretary of State is? That's when our fathers and then us dropped the ball. We were trained to not believe our own eyes and to not think for ourselves.

Don't keep letting people tell you that you are crazy for doing things for yourself. Remember that people will always call you selfish when you refuse to give them something they want. Their ultimate goal is to put money in their pocket and not in yours. They do not want you to “ follow the money” Hopefully this is where I come in I will help you to follow the money. You don't have to be a Rhodes Scholar, nor do you have to be an insider to know what people are saying behind closed doors, just follow the money and you will see what they really think. There is a lot of information to talk about and we will go farther and deeper into it in future blogs. Til then this is MADMAC (that guy) telling you what a working man sees.

Putting a face on Occupy Wall Street

I have sat back and listened to all the people talk about the movement on Wall Street and so far I have not heard of anyone taking ownership of movement no one seems to know what the people actually want.
Well America here I am. I'm MAC the knife and I will be the face and voice of the movement. Let's start by saying that the right wing "Christian" nut jobs all say that the people on Wall Street are all lazy bums who are just envious of their success. We just don't have the gumption to do what they have and just want a handout. They also suggest that there is no class warfare going on and that we should not bring up class as it only divides the country. So far the so called "liberal" media has pretty much let the right wing bully them into ignoring the truth.
The people on the right are all using the same playbook. They have their game plan down to a tee. I give them credit as they all say the same things. On the left the "talking heads" except for a very few will not say anything about class warfare. They are afraid to call them as they see them.  I don't have that problem as I believe what I see and what I experience not just what someone says. Now you might tell me the sky is yellow and I might believe you until I look out the window and see that the sky is in fact blue. I now know that you have lied to me and to never fully trust you again. No matter what any person, group or organization tells you, you must judge that by what you see hear and experience yourself. Don't let anyone call you crazy because you refuse to believe the party line. Judge by actions not words. I let no one tell me what to think or how to think. I think for myself.  Why do we as a people refuse to believe our own eyes?
We are continually told that this is a Christian nation and that these people are Christians who would never do anything to hurt anyone and all the while they are smiling in your face while stabbing you in the back for the advancement of their own purposes.  Stop letting them do this to you! Think and act in your own best interest. Be greedy, be selfish just remember that 9 out of 10 times the person who calls you selfish is someone who is angry at you because you refused to give them something they wanted. Don't let anyone make you think you are the crazy one; believe me they will try because this is one of mankind’s (regardless of your race, gender or creed) best weapons for upsetting your peace of mind.
MAC the knife is here to try and cut through some of the bullshit going down because time is truly wasting. I want to try and break things down to the simplest of language so that everyone can understand that this is class warfare. Class warfare was declared on the poor and middle class of this country in 1980 with the "trickle down" theory of Ronald Reagan. History will bear this out as the start of the beginning of the end for the middle and working classes of America. Gender, race and creed don't matter class does.  Only the rich and f aux Christians hold this clown up as the savior of America.
I will speak about so called "entitlements", religion and many other subjects that are relevant today and let’s try to cut through some of this bullshit together.
