The Thrill Is Gone

Sitting around on a Sunday morning waiting for the championship football games (a manly thing to do)and I saw a lot of shows about people falling in love...at first they made me laugh and then they got me to thinking about the differences between men and women...Aah! New love its a wonderful thing....the sex is great,,,, her hair, which she flails around at any moment is just so cute. You love it when she just walks up and sits in your lap and shakes that hair and everything else on you. Then there's those long pretty toe nails that look so great in those sandals, well they are just wonderful. And women falling in love with the fact that he is such a wonderful person. He knows and is friendly with all those women. She loves the fact that he is a “take charge “ kind f guy who does things first and thinks about the consequences later. That's new love but like all things new (car, clothes, house etc.) In about six months to a year “ the thrill is gone” now the work begins, now the differences become clear.... Those nails that were so cute.... now it's “cut those things they are cutting my legs up at night in bed” Baby that hair thing “Hey ! I'm trying to look at the game. You're in the way” And that man that takes charge thing is the same man who now doesn't listen and doesn't let you say anything. Oh and being friendly with women now it's “Why are you all up in that bitches face? I'm your woman” (sound familiar lady’s?) I will end this blog with the biggest battle and main difference between men and women......Drum-roll please...To leave the toilet seat up or leave it down.

SAME OLD,SAME OLD

My point has once again been proven true, that is it does not matter who is in office, the working man still gets the high hard one. With the politicians whom we voted into office to look after the rights of all the people, the working man does not seem to stand a chance against the powers that be.....I would like to think I’m one of the most progressive thinkers around, I try to plant myself firmly here on planet earth, and I am always going to believe what I see, and some of what I hear.....with that being said, what I'm beginning to see is “the same old, same old”. Anyone who knows me know I stand clearly behind the policies of the democratic party,( I'm a communist, and a socialist LMAO ). It's not about the men, or women, but their way of thinking, no politician is going to save you, they all have their own agendas at heart. To prove that just follow the money. This is one of the reasons no politician will ever do much for us, but we would at least get some of the crumbs that fell from the table (or should I say trough). But now even the crumbs are getting less and less. The GRAND NAGUS, and the Ferengi creed seems to always win out in the end. The elite made out like bandits again, in the so call fiscal cliff deal, Those loopholes that Masters Romney, and Ryan were so fond of reared their ugly heads again. But instead of closing them.....they gave them a dozen more to steal all the money they can put there hands on. They are getting new tax breaks, all sorts of benefits, give away s and bonus's. ...what did we get?......a payroll tax increase. Remember, these are the same people who want to take away every benefit, pension, unemployment check, and food stamps that you get, because you are going to break the country because you are getting what YOU WORKED FOR, not anything anyone is giving you. You are not a bum, or socialist because you take advantage or the programs that are in place. These same people are taking thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars in give away s.....when they take the money its called a business opportunity, you, when you take what you work for you are a communist or a bum. Your tax money was put into this system.....use it.

People this open “class warfare”, has been declared on you.....Ronald Reagan carried the banner for the elite and like lemmings we followed him right off our own fiscal cliff.....now we are living in Ronnie's world, the world of slave wages, no benefits no job security.....a very unjust world, and if you don't believe this, just take a look at the justice and the health care systems.....if you really think that these two systems has anything for the work class.....then you are not paying attention. If you don't have money justice and health, has been put out of reach for you....we have got to get this changed, if not for our benefit.....for the benefit of our kids, and grand kids............................so lets band and stand..........lets get mad as hell, and not take this anymore...........

IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE

     It's hard to believe, but there is something that I really believe those goofy nuts on the Fox News are right about, “and its hard to believe “ that I whole heartily agree with is, not to let the government take away our guns from the public..... I realize that a lot of bad things have happened with all the mass killing that has taken place at the hand of mad gunmen.....Columbine, the children of Connecticut, the movie theater in Colorado...... all of those are terrible things to have happen...... but lets not get caught up in the cause and effect factor again. This is the same method that has been used since F.D. R. let the Japanese attack Pearl Harbor to get the public ready to enter World War II. It's a simple trick.....let something bad happen, and the public will clamor to give up all of there civil rights …..so we can have the illusion of being safe. Then, much too late I might add, do we find out we have put ourselves in a worst situation than we were in before an incident happened ( the Twin Towers, now we have the Patriot act}....now you can be spied on, YOUR home can now be entered into without a warrant, YOUR, calls tapped, e-mails read, all in the name of finding terrorists. Police have been given unprecedented powers..... try filming police in action. They will promise you that none of your rights will be affected.....we only want limited power over you, yours life won't be effected, sure , just like with drug testing, Mr. Reagan said it would never affect the common man, you will never lose a job or not have the ability to get a job, or lose any benefits because of drug testing.....what do you see now, your receiving food stamps will soon depend on passing a drug test........a blunt that you smoked 2 weeks ago on vacation, can get you fired today.....what bothers me the most is, the very people who are telling you how good these changes are for the public, are the very people that don't live by these same laws, and rules that are supposed to be so good for you*...... So as bad as the gun crimes have been (and believe me there will be more), DO NOT LET YOUR GUNS BE TAKEN AWAY FROM YOU.....the framers of the Constitution did get that thing right, we must keep our guns to protect us from domestic tyranny......learn a lesson from the people in China, who had only rocks and sticks to protect them from tanks and the army......the Egyptians, and Syrians are being slaughtered by the thousands, because they only have sticks and stones.....so don't take a chance on this being you or your family.....do not be fooled again into putting yourself in a prison planet*.......

MEET THE BOSS (or Gene Roddenberry was right)

This blog is about introducing you to who your bosses are..... you will have to be somewhat of a Star Trek fan to see the guy's who are running our jobs and society now. Gene Roddenberry has it right about the people in control of the world..... meet the FERENGI'S..... they are the closest thing that you can get to corporate America, and our political leaders as you will ever find. On the show they are short,have big heads, and ears ( that’s so they can keep there fingers on the pulse of their workers and followers), they dress like 70's pimps, and they have a bit of all the races of the world in their personality make-up. They run a draconian society, one where women can not make a profit, and they can not go out in public with clothes on ( I knew I liked these guys for some reason). The bible that they live by ….. the Rules of ACQUISITION. They can and are expected to lie, cheat, and steal to make a profit. This is the very thing that drives their very society. They will try their very best to manipulate you into thinking that you are the greatest worker they ever was, by giving you useless trinkets and pats on the back ( instead of the real thing that you work for and deserve..... money). But just lose them “one penny”, and you will quickly find the only interest they really have at heart, is there own best interest..... does any of this sound familiar ….. it should..... It starts at the top with the leader..... THE GRAND NAGUS..... he is the head of the ultimate old boy network that has been in place for thousands of years. Every great society had been brought down by this group of people..... I don't want you to get the idea that they are the only people guilty of being a Ferengi …... because their last rule is..... “deep down WE ARE ALL FERENGI'S”, this is the biggest reason why we find ourselves making low pay and with no benefits ( and we do most of the work).

At the end of this blog I will post some of the RULES OF ACQUISITON,,,,, a lot of them you will recognize from work, a lot from just life, but for now ….. MEET THE NEW BOSS..... SAME AS THE OLD BOSS.....

ARE WE THERE YET?

One of life’s biggest mysteries to me is how people get from one point to another, and they have no idea of how they got there..... with most events, there are all kinds of signs and warnings along the roads we travel..... now here’s the most amazing part, people refuse to see, or either believe the signs they see. The most common example of this theory is the battered wife syndrome..... I don't know how many women or men, who say, I did not know my mate was a wife beater, they never beat me before we were married..... well the first question is, how long did the two of you know each other before you got married?.....if the answer is one year or more, then they don't have much credibility with me..... no one can hide their true self for that long of a period of time. They say..... well he never hit me, he just slapped me every time he got mad at me..... and there were a few times that he choked me out.....but this just happened every three or four week during that time period, he was also quite jealous of me..... even if I just look at some one else..... but I thought it was because he just loved me (funny how people can think that love means that you have to suffer physical pain). Well let me tell you no one wakes up one day (without brain damage) and says well today I'm going to start beating my wife today. Every sign of this person being a wife beater were there all along.....BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE PEOPLE.

Now today, we working people are living the life of a battered wife..... corporate America is beating us.....they are very jealous of us.....and don't want us to have much of anything, because that way we have to stay with them, no matter what they do to us..... we are being paid poorly, we have no benefits, and we have an increasing work load, with things being this way they can say jump..... and we must ask how high? To keep us under control they want us to take their pats on the back, cupcakes, and certificates that say we are just wonderful..... if you want to know how much these people love you, lose one dime for them, and they will quickly let you know how they feel about you. I say if you really love me pay me what I’m worth..... let Me be able to take care of me..... let me partake of some of this great wealth that I help you obtain..... they also did not wake up yesterday and start this …..Obama, Bush or Clinton did not start us down this road ( although they helped ) ..... this has been brewing for 30 years, so all you right wing, religious nuts stop blaming Obama, its your buddy Ronny who put us here.... we now live in Ronnie’s world ….. and if you don't want socialism ( I’ll try a little of that )...... then please let me know how this system we live under now is working out for you..........go back in time and read the signs, then ask yourself.....ARE WE THERE YET?

LOOKING BACK

Last night I was watching one of the original Perry Masons on TV and I had to laugh when I  thought about how the tactics that he used in a court room could not possibly work now, hell they wouldn't have worked then. I got kind of nostalgic and even a little sad... the reason for the these feelings are..I love Mr. Mason. If I were going to call anyone Dad, it would be him This is the man that I watched as a little boy whom I most wanted to be like. He is the man who gave me my thirst for knowledge, he gave me the fire of fairness and compassion. I also learned to take notice of everything that happens around you. This keeps you from having to ask or to be told what is happening around you. This has served me well during my lifetime ( especially in my Army days), this has kept me alive on so many occasions. I thought the world that they portrayed in those old TV shows was real but eventually I grew up and discovered that things were not what they seemed. The situations were not what they seemed nor were they real. The people were not what they seemed either, but the things that I learned from the show were real. The qualities of the things I saw and learned are very real. They are still the very forces that drive me to this very day.

The way these drives have to be used in the real world s different and the out comes of some of the events are certainly different but in the end some of these outcomes can be just as good. So this is just a little info about who I am and a little insight into the way I think and some of the things that drive me. I someday will write a book about some of the various things I have seen and done. In fact much of that book may be written right here... so stick around and enjoy the ride.

Meet the New Boss Same As the Old Boss

In the last month we have scored a few wins for the “progress class”. We didn't just win an election what happened is for the moment we only stopped a way of thinking. By this I mean that we told people we want to stand up to the one percent who seem bent on turning the rest of us into nothing more than wage slaves that we have a different vision of America. We are being run by a group of people who have mastered the art of distraction. They distracts us with the cult of celebrity and sports mania. We care more about Snooki and Peyton than about what is going on in our state and federal houses.

These are the people who will hold the Bible up to you and tell you this is the only way to live happy and free. You just follow these rules and listen to the men with the spiritual meat of the Bible. This is why I say I don't believe what people say but look at the result of what they do.

Most of the services that have been cut have been cut because people want you to think that taxes are your problem. You have lost many of your rights because this makes it easier for government and corporations to control you. You don't get paid a true living wage on the job because if you take a cut you allow business to create more jobs. While those with the least make most of the sacrifices those with the most live like sultans. Corporate profits are higher than they have been in years and you get to do three times the work with little reward except the pat on the back or the occasional cupcake. Despite all this I do feel the “times they are a changing”. We actually took some baby steps toward gaining back some of the inalienable rights we were guaranteed in our Constitution. We are discovering that if we unite we can take back some of what we have lost. We work just as hard for what little we are getting...we deserve more so let's demand we get paid for what we work for. Lets not let the new boss be the same as the old boss. Let's stand together. Let's stop the return of the Robber Baron era. Remember you worked for your rights let's not just give them away; stand up for them.
